After completing her law studies at the University of Geneva (Bachelor’s degree in 2008; Master’s degree in 2010), Limaya HAGEN obtained the Legal Profession Specialisation Certificate in 2011 and completed her internship as a lawyer in the Kaiser & Böhler Law Firm before her admission to the Geneva Bar in 2013.
She then worked as a legal officer at the Land Registry and in the Muller & Fabian Law Firm.
Limaya HAGEN joined the JANIN WAEBER MAITRE Law firm in January 2019 as an associate.
She advises and represents both corporate and private clients before civil, criminal and administrative courts.
Her areas of interest include:
- tenancy law
- building and land planning law
- property law
- contract law
- inheritance law
- recovery proceedings and bankruptcy
Limaya HAGEN speaks French, German and English. She also has a good knowledge of Italian.
She is member of the Order of Lawyers (ODA) and the Swiss Federation of Lawyers (FSA).
